    The Glass Package

    The High-Performance™ Low-E4® glass in our replacement windows is warranted to be free from manufacturing, materials, and workmanship defects for 20 years. Under normal use and conditions, our insulating glass should not develop any issues resulting from manufacturing defects or premature glass failure. This Limited Warranty does not cover minor scratches and other glass imperfections that do not threaten the structural rigidity of your replacement windows in Cincinnati, OH.

    The Installation

    We provide a 10-year Limited Warranty for installation that applies starting from the date of the actual installation process. If our windows fail to perform according to our conditions, we’ll bring the workmanship up to our professional standards at no additional cost. Of course, this only covers the products we originally installed. Any Renewal by Andersen product installed by unauthorized installers is not included in this warranty.

    Other Components

    Our exclusive Fibrex® material makes up the frames of all our windows. With the durability of wood and the maintenance-ease of vinyl, this material is guaranteed not to crack, pit, corrode, or rot.
